How It all Started
When I look back at my
life in school days, I knew that I was somehow destined to be a part of
fascinating world of science and technology. I remember being glued to the TV
watching Doordarshan’s UGC programs. It was these programs that gave me the
insight into the emerging world of technologies during the Indian
Pre-liberalization era. Then came Gene Roddenberry’s Star Trek (TOS). Yes, I am
a Trekkie; a geek and I am proud of it. Star Trek showed me the shape of things
to come.
I was aware, perhaps not consciously, that science fiction would always be the precursor to science fact. From non-invasive diagnostic and surgical procedures to antimatter, everything just kept falling into place as time progressed.

Fast Forward to Today
Following my graduation
with a degree in Engineering, I zeroed in to my passion as a Technical Writer
after brief stints as an Engineer and a Medical Transcriptionist. Unlike many
Tech Writers, who happen to stumble on to this field, I set my goal to be one. I have ample experience creating and
maintaining user guides, help systems, contents for website, and XML authoring
(DITA).
I have also earned the best Technical Writer award Asia Pacific region from ZTE, a well known telecom equipment vendor. I live in Bangalore, India with my wife and son.
